To access the form user management module, just click the highlighted icon below on the top right corner of the Mainpage Interface:
The following page will display after you enter the user management module:
There are 3 levels of users:
- Admin: Can operate the form completely
- User: Can operate the form except editing
- Report: Can access the report module only
To setup a new user account, you need to use the User Gate by clicking on the icon below:
You can also generate detail user list for all the forms by clicking on the icon below:
To add/remove a user, you need to click theย Edit button on the appropriate column:
You can also click on the Magnifying Glass button to show all the users for each form. A Super Administrator can promote or demote a User Gate user to/from Sub-Admin in the System Configuration module.
