Below are the explanation of Current/Archived/Deleted/Recent Forms:
- Current Forms – are the forms that are being edited and forms that are published.
- Archived Forms – when forms are closed manually or by pre-defined campaign settings, it will be moved to the archived forms folder automatically. When forms are archived, they will be unpublished despite the original status.
- Deleted Forms – when a form is deleted from Current Forms or Archived Forms folder, it will be moved to the Deleted Form folder. Forms can be restored or permanently deleted from this folder.
- Recent Forms – lists the forms that are last edited or modified with the more recent ones list higher.
